D7 RSI Update

In this update I made some small optimizations into the D7 RSI script.

Note that none of these changes affect the D7/D7+ strategy scoring.

• Small change in calculation of Fast and Slower MA

• The highlight of Faster MA instead of Slower. This change is also reflected in the "Classic" RSI mode (see pic bellow).

As usual. To get the most updated scripts.  I recommend to:

1. Close any open D7 scripts.
2. Save all charts.
3. Refresh browser
4. Load scripts from the Invite-Only section in the scripts library
5. OR head to the Access Page if you have an active subscription where you will find the links for pre-configured templates in which you can import and save to your own TV account.
